The Skills Support for the Workforce Programme (SSW)
SSW is a free service, created to help small to medium-sized employers reskill and upskill their existing workforce. WISE Ability is part of Serco’s network of expert organisations chosen to deliver the SSW programme.
We deliver multiple SSW sub-contracts in Black Country, Stoke & Staffordshire, and Swindon & Wiltshire on behalf of Serco.
Because SSW is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), we can support your workforce at no extra cost to your business.
WISE Ability’s SSW work with employers to identify their workforce skills gaps, recommend a tailored training programme to meet the identified skills and competency needs of the business with plans to create the right opportunities for the workforce to complete accredited training, with our qualified and experienced trainers.
