The Food 4 Thought Café is a social enterprise based in Stafford. Many of the café’s employees are living with and recovering from mental illness. By having a place to work, a more rigid life structure, and more a regular routine, many people have a chance to rebuild their self-esteem, regain confidence and gain new skills.

Employee’s own personal journey of recovery also inspires service users visiting the cafe. We continue to reverse the stigma associated with mental health issues by showing the normality that can be restored to those affected by mental illness issues, whilst providing high quality service to the community.
